Tissue can become restricted due to emotional stress, overuse, trauma, infection, or inactivity. This often results in pain, muscle tension and corresponding diminished blood flow.

Deep Tissue Massage targets the inner layers of your muscles, tendons, and dense connective tissue. It uses many of the same stroking and kneading movements as Swedish massage with much deeper pressure.

Lymphatic Massage is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment to open and drain the lymphatic system, release blockages and shift the polarity and pH of the tissue to assist the body in re-establishing homeostasis. This highly effective treatment is used to drain excess fluid and toxins, loosen adhesions, increase oxygen delivery and lift connective tissue, bringing blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin. This method produces a “separation” in tissue layers enabling water absorption and renewed blood flow to dehydrated undernourished tissue. Cupping may be included.

Prenatal Massage by our experienced therapists is used to help alleviate back pain and decrease swelling. Postnatal Massage may help clients in difficult emotional states, aid in the flow of lactation, and increase sleep.

During Thai Massage the client is positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions combined with deep acupressure and rhythmic movements on targeted areas. This style may lead to an increased range of motion and improved posture.

Swedish or Circulatory Massage is sometimes called a classic massage. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension in a gentle fashion involving stroking and kneading movements. This method is best suited for people interested in relaxation and stress release.

Chi Nei Tsang Chinese Abdominal Organ Detox Massage can assist the digestion, unblock constipation, as well as help with weight loss. Helps to release scar tissue post surgery and renew lymphatic flow. This massage can help with menstrual problems as well as emotional issues.
