Tissue can become restricted due to emotional stress, overuse, trauma, infection, or inactivity. This often results in pain, muscle tension and corresponding diminished blood flow.

During Thai Massage the client is positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions combined with deep acupressure and rhythmic movements on targeted areas. This style may lead to an increased range of motion and improved posture.

Myofascial Release is a technique that involves applying sustained pressure on the fascia to help eliminate pain and restore motion. Fascia is a thin, tough, tissue that wraps most structures within the human body, including muscle. Fascia supports and protects these structures. Myofascial Release can be helpful with immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood, and lymphatic circulation.

Active Release Technique (ART) entails identifying, isolating, and targeting the affected area to break up scar tissue. This helps to promotes blood flow and faster healing of injuries. This method involves a lot of deep pressure to release the painful areas.

Swedish or Circulatory Massage is sometimes called a classic massage. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension in a gentle fashion involving stroking and kneading movements. This method is best suited for people interested in relaxation and stress release.

Deep Tissue Massage targets the inner layers of your muscles, tendons, and dense connective tissue. It uses many of the same stroking and kneading movements as Swedish massage with much deeper pressure.

Prenatal Massage by our experienced therapists is used to help alleviate back pain and decrease swelling. Postnatal Massage may help clients in difficult emotional states, aid in the flow of lactation, and increase sleep.
