Integrative Massage Sessions

Our Integrative Massage sessions are customized to your needs blending a combination of one or more of the following Massage styles; Myofascial Release, Lymphatic, Circulatory, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Cupping, and Cellulite Prevention.

Lymphatic massage is highly effective, non-invasive treatment to open and drain the lymphatic system, release blockages and shift the polarity and pH of the tissue to assist the body in re-establishing homeostasis. This highly effective treatment is used to drain excess fluid and toxins, decrease the appearance of cellulite, loosen adhesions, increase oxygen delivery and lift connective tissue, bringing blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin. This method produces a “separation” in tissue layers enabling water absorption and renewed blood flow to dehydrated undernourished tissue.

Naturopathic Diet and Lifestyle Consultations

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Sessions

The emphasis of Ayurveda is on prevention and health promotion. It originates from India, over 5000 years ago, and is a complete medicine that includes, assessment & diagnosis of health condition and treatment & resolution using modification of lifestyle, diet, herbal medicine, and other modalities. How to live “fully” is the focus of Ayurveda. The Sanskrit word “Ayu” means longevity. The word Ayurveda means the knowledge of life and longevity. According to Ayurveda every person is unique and has innate ability to live fully. However, it requires one to understand their innate natural rhythms– the body-mind constitution and live accordingly. Healing Sanctuary RSF is an affiliated service of Dr Prana who has been an Ayurvedic Practitioner for over three decades.

"Healing Sanctuary RSF is a very special place. Let's start at table stakes. There are a lot of places that you could go to get this kind of treatment. Some care and some are in a business that focuses on getting people in just to fill their quota. My personal experience has been that HS is in business of the caring part, but with a side note. The knowledge they have and the amount of time they have spent to understand their craft is next to none. I'm talking about a phd X 10.

Let' talk about the knowledge part which I think is a major differentiator. I'm a lifelong learner and like to understand everything I do or take part of, so I'm always asking questions. Chelsie, who I have had my treatments with is incredibly well versed in what she does. Not only does she understand the why, which is important but she has taken the time to truly understand the aspects that would normally be overlooked or simply not addressed.

During my first treatment I outlined the issues I had. Hyper extended finger, bad knees and sore muscles. I've been to hundreds of massage therapists and outlined similar issues and this is the first time I can say those issues were completely fixed. Again this comes down to a true understanding of how our bodies, tendons and muscles all interact but also something beyond that.

Every session has been amazing and I can't recommend them enough!!!
